CitrusWeb Works

Web applications and SaaS for manufacturers

Security

Secure by workflow, tenant, and source record.

Manufacturing data includes RFQs, customer messages, employee training evidence, quality records, and integration credentials. The product design keeps those records scoped, reviewed, and auditable.

Tenant isolation

The SaaS plan uses organization-scoped records and row-level security before real customer data enters the product.

Least privilege integrations

Connected systems should use the narrowest practical access. CSV and email import are available when API credentials are not appropriate.

Server-side secrets

Service keys and integration credentials stay in trusted server code, never in browser code.

Review-first AI

AI drafts and extracts. Humans approve customer commitments, pricing, schedule promises, and legal language.

Audit trail

Sensitive workflows should record source records, AI draft text, final edits, approver, and timestamps.

No machine control

The product can show work centers, assets, and downtime context. It does not send commands to production equipment.
