CitrusWeb Works

Web applications and SaaS for manufacturers

Why this exists

Modern manufacturing apps without buying a new ERP.

CitrusWeb Works is for shops where important work still moves through email, paper travelers, tribal knowledge, and spreadsheets. We build the missing workflow layer around the systems already in place.

Built for 5-100 person shops

Most small manufacturers do not need another enterprise system. They need quoting, customer service, bid alerts, tariff monitoring, and audit evidence to stop living in scattered spreadsheets and inboxes.

One painful workflow first

Each app stands on its own. A shop can start with quote follow-up, customer-service replies, bid alerts, tariff monitoring, or training evidence without buying the whole suite.

Flat per shop

Pricing stays flat for the shop. Operators, estimators, quality managers, owners, and office staff should not be punished for using the same tool.

Integrations are optional at launch

CSV exports, shared inbox forwarding, and demo data are enough to start. API connections come later when the buyer trusts the workflow and wants live system data.

What the demo proves

Every launch app has a concrete workflow, a live Volunteer Precision screen, and a clear next action.

QuoteFast shows RFQ risk and follow-up gaps before an estimator loses another week.
ResponseLoop turns the orders inbox into a review queue with draft history and approval.
ShopBid Radar makes public manufacturing opportunities readable at shop scale.
Tariff Pulse shows which quotes and materials need review before cost changes hit the PO.
AuditReady turns training evidence into a matrix and export path an auditor can follow.
